The Medcillary Online PPE Store Shipping Policy

Medcillary will ship anywhere in the Continental United States for next business day delivery. Recipients outside the Continental United States may be required to make special arraignments with a Medcillary product specialist.

Processing Time: 

All orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday 7am to 6pm Eastern Standard Time.

Rates & Delivery Estimates: 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on Medcillary’s current, set discount rate with Federal Express for overnight delivery.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of the shipping confirmation. 

Changing Your Shipping Address Once an Order has Been Placed:

If your order has not be shipped, you can email ppe.medcillary.com to change your shipping address. If your order has been shipped, we will not be able to change the shipping address. *Please make sure your Shipping Address is correct when you place an order. 

Misplaced Orders:

The Medcillary Online PPE Store is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses (addresses different then the address submitted at the time of checkout). Incorrect addresses include but are not limited to incorrect but confirmed delivery by the delivery service and / or addresses incorrectly entered by the customer at the time of checkout.

Damages: 

The Medcillary Online PPE Store and Medcillary are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
